SCAM Extremely rude man
Have been calling for approx 18 mnths, first started calling 4/5 times a day, dropped to once a week until eventually once a month or so. Very persistant, been calling for over 18 months.

I have been receiving several calls a week from this number to my mobile phone, home number and office number. They either say they are from "Trading Banks" or a market research company in Taiwan. Either way, you know it s a scam. I like to have fun with them. They have all been Filipino until today where the caller was of African descent. I ask them lots of questions and talk nonsense and it confuses them completely. Sometimes they get very agitated because they have a spiel to get out as fast as

01227 250421 Call 8.9. 2020; ‘Matthew’ claimed to be ringing about a government scheme for loft insulation; when asked for details, claimed to be from a company based in Oxfordshire; a question about why he was therefore ringing from a Canterbury location, was met with the response that his manager would explain when he contacted us. I replied I strongly suspected a fraud and a scam, and put the phone down. It appears to be a scam to get inside people’s houses.

They keep changing landline numbers and I keep blocking them I have told the guy on the phone not interested. Repeating this to him multiple times hes not taken this in then I wen into repeat mode and kept repeating not interested all the time and the guy keeps trying to talk over me phone company will never do that to customer.

Which I did (as I cancelled it 4 years ago already). Got what sounded like Asian children talking at high speed, very broken up. I traced the mobile phone to a field in Manchester. That is a legitimate business then?? I think not.
