Caller claimed to be from Sky and that I was due both a new viewing card and a refund. I rang Sky back using the official number on their website and they advised that there was no record of any outbound call about either issue and that according to my account notes, neither was due. Would suggest ignoring this call and calling back Sky using a number from their website.

They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. An un-solicited call, by a company claiming to be IFA Direct. I asked for their company details and he said we are in Malaga, Spain. I.F.A Direct have a website, and are in Woking, Surrey. Very strange behaviour. Whoever they are, they are phishing for personal details about pensions and finances. They are employing hard sell techniques. They are evasive and won t give out their company details. And they are illegally calling numbers registered with the T.P.S. Stay well away from these people.
