Fraud Phoned by phone no 01916919437 told an adviser on property then went on about insulation.told her to Google her phone number and be advised she was a scammer .In such a hurry to see this info she put the phone down on me.

SCAM - offered 40% discount on my next bill, when I asked who they were they said it was for my phone bill. I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. She offered my an iPhone 14 for £25 a month, I asked her to call me back the following day. Fraud A scam - and a very convincing one too !! Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! Thankfully we realised in time and put a stop to it. They had enough information by then to make it dodgy!!!!
