They give an unintelligible company name when asked where they are calling from, and asking them what they are calling about causes them to drop the call. Smells very much like a boiler-room full of scammers.

When connected, she was given correct info about her present and past relatives to confirm their trust, in cvonnection with a deceased person who they needed to confirm was her brother. She had no knowledge of the person mentioned who was said to have been born in 1935. Her brother, in Devon, had a visitor to the door, claiming to be from Finders giving much the same information about noon on same day.
