They ring every day and don t speak when I answer. Why aren t they being investigated by Ofcom and put out of existence? Is harassment legal?

Someone somewhere was or is being scammed by some fake investment groups and it is sad, this experience is harder than many people think. I was in that situation a few weeks ago, this fake website contacted me through my business email and we chatted and spoke on the phone numerous times until i was deceived to invest in their company. Sounded Chinese but couldn't tell a word they were saying. Passed onto several others with similar language problems. Very persistent and carried on when I suggested they were scammers, didn't stop till I put the phone down

Called saying about unsercured debut and saying I have quite a bit but thats untrue.

This number keeps calling me. Everyday 2-3 a day. It is vey annoying as I am at work and I don t want to switch off my phone as I have a family and I need to be available for them to contact me.
