Searched Google and found they are being looked into by the FCA as they are unlicensed and are trying to sell services or products with out being registered. This was a scam call supposedly from visa. I only answered if because it was a local code
Calling on personal cell number about 'IT services' and domains I have registered - through my business. Challenged them on ignoring TPS, and fact that they have obtained data illegally since all domain registration detail is now 'redacted' - caller hung up. Sounded like a VOIP line, big call centre by the level of noise in the background and most likely Indian sub-continent from accent of caller.
