Actually the number of Gen Technical Ltd. Was UK Power Systems but I took over the number as I do similar things to what they did.
I got call from this number. They are actually providing such warm services regarding commercial gas and electricity. the team sorted out my pending bills issues. Much humbles.

Some lowlife asked me to confirm my identity. I declined. You should NEVER give a cold caller any information that would identify you or any account that you may have. I do not know anyone and have no dealings with anyone in Manchester. Almost certainly a SCAMMER calling.

A robocaller from "mastercard" saying £600 from my account was sent to a foreign country and to press 1 to cancel or something. Clearly a scam I never sent that much to any foreign country.

A bit insistent when I said no, and asked why so when I said ‘because I don’t want to’ she ended the call. It was quite a friendly manner but as above, quite pushy. FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change
