Rude on phone. Tried telling me they didnt know what the freedom of information act was- so I spoke to a manager and told them to take me off their list and stop employing liars.

Silent call initially and then rang off when I spoke. Up to no good.
Automated message in an American accent saying they were calling from "bank security". Two charges had been detected against my card and they needed confirmation they were mine. I put the phone down. Quite obviously a scam I feel, if not fraud!
They're still at it!!!
