Persistant caller despite my number being registered withthe TPS. They do not remove your number from their listing no matter how often you tell them to do so. Report them to both the TPS and Direct Marketing Association who have investigated their practices before.

"I hear you've had a motor accident" call.

When I picked up the phone I could hear a recorded voice gabbling on about pensions. It was the same as I got last week on a different number. It was also the second nuisance call in one morning. I was trying to get ready for an appointment.

Have had several calls from this number, but it was blocked by BT and didn t get through.

I've just answered call today at 13.07 on my mobile. No one spoke in the 11 sec call after I answered.

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Old scam - after your data to sell onto other criminals who disregard the law. Just hang up. Good reporting them to the ICO. You don t even need to know their name, just their number. The criminal fraudsters like Anthony Simister who run scams like TAPA like to plant stooges on these forums to discourage honest folk from contacting the ICO or Ofcom. Ignore them. Apparently from the department of spending and budget- this doesn't exist. They are looking to defraud you- block them

The official Pension Adisory Service says No Cold Calls . I ve had 5 in the past 2 months. Each time I tell them that I am a pensions advisor (even though I am not, but do work in finance) They don t give up. I have finally recorded a conversation with them that if they call me again I will consult the CAB about harassment charges .
