This is my second call the first one I blocked, has as this one been, both calls from people "acting on behalf of diabetes UK" i didn t let the conversation last as I asked where my number was obtained from, the guy said a survey as that s how they get them I must have opted in, I know very well with all surveys I either don t complete or opt out of contact. Foreign accent. Said he wasn t selling anything, but it was a survey for his company. I said I don t answer surveys and replaced phone. Obtained number by dialling 1471.

So annoying was in the middle of doing something when phone rang, rushed to answer it it might have known nobody was there - no sound at all.
