I was called by this number but ignored it. Have had calls in the past starting 020 7955 and they were ambulance chasers. Had a small car accident a year ago, so clearly my details have been passed on
They were very rude and abusive, they don’t take no for an answer even if you tell them you work for BT. They just get nasty if you don’t agree to what they want you to do - just hang up on them. Sadly BT won’t do anything to close these numbers down so BT
