In my case it genuinely was Sky calling to upgrade my TV package. I was dubious at first but he was able to confirm how long we have been a Sky customer, the amount we pay per month, which TV package we have and which TV reciever we currently use before I gave him any information. We have been upgraded to the latest Sky Q box and had our package upgraded and now pay less per month. Happy days. SCAM: Tries to lure you in a financial service regarding automated trading which is a complete scam
Called me earlier. Nobody at other end as they hung up as soon as i answered.
Fraud. Recorded voice claimed to be Amazon Prime and said I had been charged 79.99 and if that wasn't me to press 1 on my phone keypad. As Prime is actually £79 for a year, I terminated the call and blocked the number.
