I reckon this caller scamed me out of just over £2000
a girl said she was calling about my existing life insurence policy and i questioned her as to which policy she was referring too and she said she didn't have the policy details but i wouldn't be on her database unless i had a current life insurance policy. I dont have any life insurance but I'm sure i can get online and sort it myself don't need to be called from these commission based telemarketers wish this was banned

As soon as I heard those words I promptly told the male caller to F**K OFF and put the phone down on him. I received a call from this number today, it s seemed to be a poor connection or he made out he couldn t hear me. I man with a very strong accent (not English) yet goes by the name of peter asked for me by name when I said yes. He said I m calling from the bank and hung up. I expected they ( whoever they are) wanted me to call the bank at some unknown exaggerated cost to myself.
