Number looks to be North American. Unlikely to be identified unless someone who receives a call from it answers and finds out who it is.
Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1183280xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. I live in Denmark, and this number called me. I wasn´t but i dont take it anyway if it from another Country. So I didn´t know what catogory it should in, but for me it is a "Spam" thing
This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Similar numbers are reported with debt management / PPI - insurance marketing and ambulance chasers / financial marketing.
