I get a call at least twice a week and I m sure it s the same company as well but I ve never had ppi claim thing, but when you call the number back it says something about claiming a delayed holiday fight. Just got one. Calling about my "minor road collision" I haven t had one so this is definitely illegitimate. When I asked who was calling they rang off. The chap was definitely Scottish so this probably is being run out of ScotlandEdinburgh. Thought we had laws against it!

Despite being ex-directory and TPS registered, these cold-callers had my name but were after more information, before they could tell me if I qualify for whatever they are peddling - spray foam insulation this time. Ended the call and reported them to TPS - I recommend anyone to do the same.

Number actually shows as 0019798234079 on caller ID but this site seems to drop the 00. This is a Windows security scam where they tell you that you have viruses on your PC and they can fix them for you. Didn t go along with it today and said to them that I suppose they were going to show me errors and warnings in my Windows event logs and they just hung up without any further comment. Hopefully they will remove me from their database if they realise I m too Windows savvy to ever fall for this.

Missed call no message left.

This number calls on average once a day - to a business number. I press 9 as instructed to remove from database but nothing happens. As Robbiefan says if you press 5 to speak to someone they just put the phone down on you when they realise there is nothing in it for them.
