Fraud. Artificially generated voice. Claimed to be HMRC and that I was being investigated and subject to a magistrate case for fraud. Then asked to press 1 to speak with them and 2 to ignore. Hung up and googled the number to see if others were reporting it too.

Received a text message from this number allegedly about a delivery by EVRI - as I am expecting a delivery (from DHL) I precipitately clicked on the link which read; EVRI(UK10094786). Out of curiosity I navigated to the EVRI website and entered a combination of the above and the full set. EVRI did not recognize it any of it. Cold call selling Funeral Plans.
SCAM I was phoned by this number today. It was a crackly line and the woman said she it was a bank call telling me that there were 2 suspicious payments from my bank account today. One for £300 and one for £3000. There were nos to press to agree to the payments or a number to speak to someone. I ended the call and then redialled the number registered, but it said that it was an incorrect number.
