Tried to tell me they worked "along side" Legal and General which would make the unsuspecting think they work WITH or FOR Legal and General, which they don t as they admitted they were an independent finance company. BEWARE - scammer. 2nd identical call today. A male with an Indian accent told me his name was Winston and he was calling from BT. I asked him what my BT account number is, but he did not answer and said he was calling because of a problem with my router / browser. The number was falsified - when I tried calling it back, it did not connect.
