I had just placed this feedback for another number ie 01618540028 and then got this call whilst typing that comment following the same procedure guess what... Exacty pound for pound the same experience on ringback and EXACTLY the same music on hold.. Missed call like all the others, I m in the UK and it went straight through to an American answerphone saying I was 7th in a queue so promptly hung up! Would be nice to know exactly who it is!!
Claimed that I took out insurance for drainage at my house. The first two years were free and as I had made no claims the remaing three years were to be at half price. They quoted the last 4 digits of my bank card but this was my old card.When I would not give them my new card they said that as this was the last day they could keep the offer and would have to charge the full amount. The person who called was speaking with an English accent and sounded very plausable.
It claims to be from HMRC and says there us a criminal case against you for tax fraud and then it asks to press some buttons.. I did not proceed with the call as it was from an automated voice machine and from the tone/language it appears dangerous.
