I have been spammed with calls from this company. I had 4 calls in the space of 2 hours while I was in a meeting at work. I finally picked up and told them I m not remotely interested in reviewing my pensions as they are handled through my company and to remove me from their database. They persisted in being very pushy and I hung up. 30 minutes later I received another call from the number and I blocked it.
Rang once and hung up. Tried calling back. Constantly engaged.
Had been so called valued customer over.15years and deal they offered was a digrace i even had 25% loyalty discount but was told sorry carnt use that against new handsets! So what am i supposed to use it for? unbelivable there so called retion deals are double what another provider offered me. Glad i got my pac code of them as im leaving! SCAM sounded like a genuine call from Virgin Media about internet problems. Said their server had been receiving errors from my hub. Suspicious when they started asking me what apps I ran on my phone. Even more suspicious when they wanted me to download remote control software so they 'could show me the problem ' Noticeable change in tone when I said I was an IT professional. Hung up the phone and called Virgin who confirmed they'd never ask someone to download software.

I was called today, January 20 th 2021, the automated voice claimed to be calling from The UK Crime Agency stating that there had been a number of illegal activities involving my National Insurance Number and so it would be suspended and a new one issued when I dialled 1 to sleak to an official, I hung up.

Anne, the city code for London is 020 but for the number to be valid then the next digit will be 3, 7, or 8. Even then it could be a spoofed number, tho!

Fraud Left a voicemail saying it's HMRC about a lawsuit, to call them back or have my soliciter get in touch or prepair to face the consequesnces. Blatently using a chopped-together recording. HMRC would always try to contact by post, not phone.
SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person
