Has been calling on my mobile phone and I ignored the calls. Today I answered hoping then I could sort it out and the calls would stop. Guy with an Indian accent - had my name said he was from Virgin Media and asked me to confirm my details and my account
Knew my name, I responded in the positive, laughter (as if to a third party in a busy call centre) Phone went dead.
