didn't answer.. as above Nottingham is 0115 9( and 0115 8 0115 is the area code, 9 was the first format adopted after 0602 went. 8 came later from diamond cable/NTL/Virgin. 7 is a high rate business line using a server in nottingham as a router hence the 0115 code but 7 is not an acctualy issued to public number.. so avoid at all cost's and don't phone back..

To be fair, if you go onto the website, it does clearly say there is a £10 monthly charge. I wouldnt recommend anybody doing this as you can get the same info for frr from the .Gov.uk website. I spoke to my mobile phone contreact provider, they recommended that I text "STOP" to the number and they credited me the £10 back
