Had a phone call originally from 01363773849 (devon) saying our broadband had been infected. This was followed an hour later by a call from 01273303183 telling me that that my online banking had been infected and they needed to talk me through changes to my computer
Heavy foreign accent. Knew my name and postcode. Asked me to confirm these. Nope... because that establishes a link with my phone number.

Said they were calling to offer free inspection of loft insulation because the Government has designated some of the old stuff as "irritant". I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. I believe it is someone who called the wrong number. I got a caller on my mobile. I have my number for more than 10 years. I think she misdialled from her phone. She asked for Gemma. I just said there is no Gemma and she got the wrong number. I can't say if this is a trick or not.
