I received a call from this number following posting my car for sale on Gumtree. The caller said he was from a car insurance firm, but really didn't sound like he was, not professional approach at all. I asked him not to call back and hung up. I don't know what he was really after, perhaps a scam, but hopefully I will never find out.

Car accident claim garbage, was called 8 times in 4 days so took the call and had some fun saying how did she know about my accident, was she calling from my insurance company? She actually had the front to say yes!! Then when I got to the bit about the deer, the milk float, the two nuns as witnesses and the garden gnome wedging itself in my sunshine roof (total fiction!) she said she would call me back and hung up.... seems like they don t like their time being wasted either....funny that?
