Caller allegedly from talk talk re strength of internet wanted me to go on line on my laptop /computer to test router. He mentioned something about windows and when I mentioned I did not have windows rang off. Very iffy.

Phoned asking about a non fault accident I had never had. Male spoke with a Liverpool accent but was a local telephone number to where I lived which was the only reason I answered it!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14227180xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with car accidents, PPI claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
