SCAM . Clearly coming from a call centre. Stated his name was David (Asian accent), and that the call is about my Microsoft account. I have been plagued by similar calls in recent times, and as my landline is quite new, only a handful of people actually have been given this number, therefore any unsolicited calls are clearly SCAMS
Called them back said they were calling about my existing life insurance policy. Seemed odd as I don’t currently have any.
I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. Can only describe this as an unsolicited call to my mobile from a person of ethnic decent in a call centre.Asked for me by name new about a previous accident last November also about outstanding issue.Claimed to be from ABI about how my Insurance company delt with the accident. Who was called me
I have received 3 text messages from a number claiming to be BTBusiness asking me to call them back at this number or text STOP to 60251. As I don't have an account with BT at all, I've ignored them but 3 messages in 3 days is a bit annoying.
Messaged to inform me of a delivery I missed from EVRI. With a link to re-book a delivery time. I went to the official website to track my delivery, and the number on the message that the suspected scammer gave is not recognised. Also I checked my CCTV and no-one had tried to deliver anything.

Indian 'lady' called saying they were Right Energy part of uk-talk offering wholesale energy rates. Asked where she was located, she said Birmingham. After stringing her along for 10 minutes I asked what was happening with the Bull Ring, she clearly did not know what I was talking about especially when I asked if that's where she gets the bullsh*t from. Then said she was in Kolkata (aka Calcutta) not Birmingham. Said that I was in London helping police with scam callers - phone went dead!
