Got a call this morning from 01412120520, can t even remember who they said they where but they quickly said they needed details to verify who I was so I said well they must give me their secure details to prove who they where, he then said oh we ll send you a letter and promptly hung up

I am in dispute with Scottish Power over the final bill, which includes charges for the 3 month period after I moved out (despite me notifying them on the date of the move). After numerous phone calls to SP, I have been promised that the matter is under investigation and that there is a hold on the account. However, today I receive an unsolicited call from this number claiming to be SP and asking for account info up front. I refused to carry on the call and rang SP directly who were unclear who this ag

had many missed calls from this number over 2 weeks. They actually rang today whilst my phone was on! I answered and they wanted money for lifeboats. I said no and hung up.

Just got one. Calling about my "minor road collision" I haven t had one so this is definitely illegitimate. When I asked who was calling they rang off. The chap was definitely Scottish so this probably is being run out of ScotlandEdinburgh. Thought we had laws against it!

This a an alarm monitoring company, I had 4 calls between 2.30 and 3.00 am but didn t hear the phone downstairs, got to work to find alarm had triggered during the night due to a sensor fault.
