Not carphone warehouse although said they were, actually a sister company who can do upgrades. However, gave me an awful deal. Do NOT upgrade through them, will give you better deal in store directly through carphone warehouse. I got a text that showed as Virgin Media about a non existent delivery by Yodel of a non existent order? There was no contact or tracking but tried to reply (text failed and mobile dropped call). I did a search and got the thread about Virgin and Yodel. Total waste of my time as we have not been a Virgin customer for st least 10 years!!! I was worried someone was ordering stuff using my (old) credentials!!!
