Claims to be from Talktalk and has my Customer number but unable to quote my security password. VERY persistent and calls me about three or four times a month. A complete PITA and I wish they would die slowly and painfully from some disfiguring disease.
Didn't answer but this number has called me twice in the last few months.

Calls from Dudley. use numbers 230524 and 230563 Line perm busy on recall. They call my mother 3 times so far. Whon t say who tey are. If we find out who they are and where the work from then they better hide.
SCAM this phone number 02082679030 called me making out the are from virgin media saying my internet is not secure and they said there were other people logged on with me and they were going to show me how my internet was not secure but it is a scam because they would want to log onto my computer but I'm using windows 10 which doesn't allow for other people to log onto my computer so beware that this number is a scam.
