I found in my letter box a brochure advertising for "Free totally unlimited broadband" from TalkTalk! SPAM Call centre. Pakistan-based "design agency" phoning via Skype, but re-directing to UK Landline above. Didn't know what the UK's Telephone Preference Service was or is.
NEVER be tempted call unknown numbers back as you may be caught for a very large call charge.
