Claim to be virgin media, stating outsiders are trying to use our internet connection for illegal activity and wanting me to confirm my security details so they can be blocked. I said I would like to phone my provider and confirm it personally and they hung up

I ve had seven calls in ten days.... Very aggressive staff telling me I ve filled in a survey and requested they help me with their Money saving solutions. Told them I don t do surveys, I have no debts and won t be needing their services, so don t bother calling again as I won t answer but they still rang five more times!
