I have blocked this number and reported this bogus telephone call to HMRC at [email protected] Before I deleted this message I made a rough note of her actual wording, as follows: "The very second you receive this message call asap on my department telephone number 02080894571. SCAM! Caller told me that he wanted to talk to me about my Vodafone contract…… I don’t have one. When I told him he rang off.

Called me several times, eventually I called back as I have friends in the area. It was a company called AGM who asked me for my phone number and asked me to hang on whilst he found out who had called me. I refused to give number, he then tried to keep me on the phone to explain to me why his company may have called me. I said 'No thank you ' several times and beat a hasty retreat.

Asked for someone else and when I said that's not me, they just hanged up.

Cold call from some 'home security' in my area.....oh yes really...trying to sell.

I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information. I also stated I have not given any permission to anyone to use my personal data or pass it on. He then mentioned something about my personal data being secure (hmm) and mentioned something about my car insurance. I ask what car accident

Some landline from London area, this is definitelly some call centre, there are more similar numbers reported for calling people. Have seen different reasons of individual calls, just be aware that one number used by the same call centre can be after short period of time used for another purpose. I recommend to block the whole 2036342xxx range... Did someone answer THIS number?

Woman askin about car accident then passed to Asian man who was asking my details I said u tell me!!! He couldn’t do so then became abusive and hung up
