They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". The number 01736 735261 called me about 10.30am 28/06/23 and it was a recorded message from an International Banking service stating I had made a payment of £300 to Amazon and £1100 to another provider. Told me to press 1 if correct and 2 to speak with an adviser. Pressed 2 and answered by "This is Officer Stephen, how can I help". When I asked which organisation he represented the phone went dead.
Rang my number but I was on another call. Left a voicemail but just heavy breathing for about a minute

Curtis has called two days running now pretending he had a meeting booked with a colleague on 9th June when told this was not true he went as far to say hed listened back to call in which he arranged this meeting with said colleague A complete lie the colleague he is trying to speak to doesnt even deal with the phone contracts If this is genuinely Three mobile they need to seriously review their practices as Curtis came across as aggressive and needs to be sacked
