Olivia rang the house phone at 7.30am. Wanted to find out about the speed of the internet network to our house. She wanted me to run a test on the speed and she would talk me through the process...Said she was from Open Reach, Newgate st. London. I really don’t know if this was a scam or not but it just didn’t seem right. She quoted her ID number as 73739080BT.
Rang three times and no response when answered.
