When you answer they don't speak. When you ignore they don't leave message. If you say they don't have right name then they're quite cheeky and hang up. Then you'll be called by several different numbers, mobiles and otherwise. If you block then other 020 or 01 or mobiles call. Sometimes it sounds like Pakistan or Indian and with other noises and people in back round.

I called this number back and spoke to a guy who said he was able to claim bank any bank charges I had. Said it was the next biggest thing to claim back since PPI.
