Automated call . I just kept saying hello, and 'Jess from solar power' kept repeating her introductory message, with exactly the same phrasing and intonation. Clearly automated but trying to sound like an actual person. Very dodgy.

Unknown, does not leave voicemails. Appears to be a company buying CVs and phoning people for job marketing without authorisation.
