ignored this manchester number as it called at 8.10pm which probably makes it a call centre. only family phone numbers get answered after 5pm.

This company keep calling, maybe 3-4 times a day always asking for someone who doesn t live here but as soon as I ask to speak to supervisor or say they have a wrong number they hang up. I m close to disconnecting the landline it is such a nuisance!!

on 22 june the above number 0161 8735544 rang my son and said that an amount of ?1500.00 was waiting to be claimed fir whiplash for a accident he had in 2009 foulishly he gave them details including his mobile phone number and said they will ring him on monday 25th june to follow this up. They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. This number called me on my mobile and I certainly didn t give them that number. They said they were from Ivana whoever the hell they are and as soon as I asked them where they got my number from they hung up. so that tells me they are totally untrustworthy. Ask them where they got the number from, or tell them they are breaking the Data Protection Law and they will soon piddle off. Will be blocking this number on my mobile as soon as I can get to grips with doing it.

Pretty sure call was from Sky. Was able to verify person was from sky by asking them information about my account and login on to the online mysky portal and verifying it (correct information about how long I'd been a customer, what my package was, when my direct debit went out and how much it was discounted). Was a phone call to try and upsell products.

We are ex-directory and registered with TPS. This number called us at 7.15 a.m today, 7.45a.m and then continually throughout the day.mwe have had to disconnect our land line because of them . They should be sued. We are disgusted by this harassment.
