They phoned me at 7.00am - it woke me up. The only person who calls me on my home phone is my brother, and at that time in the morning I thought he may be in trouble (ie fallen, ill ). I raced down stairs - half awake - and could of had an accident myself. I don't know what they wanted because as soon as I realised it was a nuisance call I just gave a full abusive response.

If you miss your payments then i agree a call to either take payment or talk about how you intend to meet the payments, but not 6 times a day, and you need to update customer management systems of previous conversations.
