The call is from ARC Europe. Do not give them any money. Instead, contact Stepchange debt charity and go through them. It's a big effort but worth it - they all stop hounding you if you use Stepchange.

I answered and he asked to speak to her, when I said no and did "let me guess you need her bank details" he replied"no, we already have them" he threatened to debut 300 pound from her account and hung up. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181422xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, insurance marketing - mostly Harrington Consultancy. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
