Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. From India- speaks a different language on the phone to her colleagues- laughs at you and makes you hang up- I refused to- then proceeded to call another person and I could actually hear the guy on the phone and could talk to him myself and when the silly lady realised this, she then hung up

Out of curiosity I navigated to the EVRI website and entered a combination of the above and the full set. EVRI did not recognize it any of it. These numbers are provided by "reputable"service providers and are used (mostly) by independent marketeers on commission from large companies (e.g. BT, Sky, British Gas, etc.) to push products. I do NOT understand why TPS, ICO, or anyone else seems to give a proverbial **** about the nuisance these people are when you have taken every precaution to avoid them.
