And yet once again fraudsters and BT earned money off the backs of those being harassed by these fraudsters screwing over the people BT aid and abet in their criminal activities giving them the means to con people out of their hard-earned cash whilst the Police and the Government make out they are doing something but doing Sweet FA about it like being F**ked over three times in a row once by the Telecommunication companies that earn money from criminal and the people that are getting ripped off by them
Fraud This number was used to attempt a PayPal "fake payment invoice" scam/fraud. My customer received a fake PayPal receipt for Bitcoin and the "support" number they gave prompted multiple callbacks from this number. They will "refund" a bigger amount than the invoice says, then plead with you to get the overpayment back. Once they have your cash, the original "refund" vanishes from your account. Be warned!!

Rang my landline number which is actually registered with the telephone preference service. Didn’t answer and no message left. On googling number, it’s probably a phishing line seeing if your number is being used.

Yeah, these idiots keep calling me too. My advice is to play along and waste their time. I spent hours providing them false contact and banking details. They got really angry when they kept asking me to confirm the account number. It feels so good wasting their time when then had full intentions of wasting myne / whilst trying to rob me blind . Called @ 14.25 on 06/02/2023. Asian/Indian voice claiming to be from 'Traffic Management Services'. Call is purporting to be able to help with an accident within the last 2 years. I haven't had an accident in over 15 years. Told caller to cancel the call for the above reason.

SCAM Pretending to be my daughter asking (in a text pretending the phone was damaged so they couldn’t speak to me) for £1220 urgent into her account. I refused and told them no. They persisted “I’m not lying”. I didn’t believe them. I called my daughter who clarified it was not her.
