Caller said she was BT openreach and that there was a fault on my computer. I said no there isn't, she said how do you know?. I answered because I'm a computer expert....

This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! Fishing for information regarding insurance. Life insurance, home insurance etc. A lot of calls where the line goes dead after I answer, then sometimes they ask for me by name. Tell them I m not interested but just keep on calling.

This was their second call. I had put their number in my phone to be blocked but they appear to have gotten around this block and the generic blocking of withheld numbers. I will send written complaint to the Bradford address as well as complaining to other regulators.

Classic "involved in an accident that wasnt your fault" I get calls from this number and several iterations of it a week. This was from a lady called Rose. They always have information of an accident I never remember having myself!

Abusive phone call on my mobile from a woman saying she wanted to make me money via the FX markets. She didn t take no for an answer and I after being reasonable for a few minutes put the phone down on her. Horrible woman, horrible company. Do not deal with them.

Phoned twice

Spam call trying it on to find people who have been involved in a car accident - I haven t been in any sort of accident. I asked them to remove my number and the woman demanded I answer her questions. I hung up.

Not spam or a scam. They're Custom Insurance & Mortgage Solutions. I have my life assurance cover through them. They ring me every year to see if I need anything else.
