Was called by this number early in the morning with an automated message regarding an Amazon Prime subscription I had not renewed and was going to be charged £95 because of this oversight. I could press one number to speak to an adviser and another to contest it. I did neither as it was clearly a scam. Fraud Pretending to be an epidemic prevention center, claiming that I had not been contacted for several times, and then asking me to press 9 to transfer to human service. There is no specific information provided in the middle, nor any explanation. I have received many calls from robot who ask me to press 9 under this circumstance, all of which are fraud.
