TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. Automated call scam Supposedly about a case of tax fraud i was asked to press 1 on my phone which i didn't. Voice saying a warrant would be issued and i would be arrested.

I got a call from this number this afternoon. My policy is not to answer calls which are not on my contact list. No message was left on my answering machine. I barred it and this allows me to call it but when it phones me it will get the engaged tone and pay for it. I phoned the number and my provider says it does not recognise the number. 07894795625 usually receive call from this no every Monday at approx 09:25. She/he/it must have changed their shift pattern as now receiving calls on Wednesday at approx 10:15. Always a silent call and then phone goes down. As I have said before if you want my bank account (the one in Switzerland naturally) you just have to ask very very nicely. Or have you not figured out the other gadget on the end of you call centre headphones is for speaking! There numerous videos on UTube to show you how to do this. G

This was their second call. I had put their number in my phone to be blocked but they appear to have gotten around this block and the generic blocking of withheld numbers. I will send written complaint to the Bradford address as well as complaining to other regulators.

They got me some money back and I was very happy with the service they provided. Excellent team of people. All hard working and lovely to speak to. Got ?6,000 back and I was very happy!!
