This is a HSBC Bank scam claiming to confirm a withdrawal of a large amount of money for me was $3700. Then claims someone has access to your account and that they can fix this. Total scam don't even have a bank account with HSBC.

Lady asked if i want to authorize or cancel Amazon purchase of a gift card £300.00 She asked about BOB and Full name but when I asked to give me my name she said that she approves the purchase because i refused to give my name and hanged up. This call came into me whilst I was in the shower. The female operator started talking immediately, I had to really raise my voice to interrupt her call whereby I explained that I could not he at her as I did not have my hearing aids in, but was in the process of trying to put them in. My expectation was that she would hold on whilst I did that. Instead with no hearable comment the phone went dead. I felt she was extremely rude, I’m disabled, had got out of the shower to answer her call & Im deaf.

Robin called. Sounded foreign. Said he was calling from the call blocking and scam department. When I asked what company he was calling from he said "the national call blocking company limited" i said there was no such thing. Curious how this was 24 hours after "microsoft" called me and I told them I didn't believe them..... Told him the only legit call blocking was The Telephone Preference Service, and he hung up.

I have no idea how you made this a number from Russia, no idea what or who it is, just rings and hangs up, so blocked. DON'T EVER ring back, if they don't speak it's of no use to you, and is one of the ways to rip you off, because it registers as a live number and they docan sell your number onto other scam lists; and the number can get diverted to a premium number that will cost you serious money, search it before anything else, and report when it's bad.
