⚠️ Scam Call Centre ⚠️ They call with upgrade offers at unbelievable prices. They pretend to be CarphoneWarehouse and their email comes from TheCarphone-Warehouse.com which is a scam website. Their email also claims to be from Carphone Warehouse Ltd but it clearly isn’t as you can see by their tacky display etc. They offer you the most amazing deals then order multiple high end devices in your name and call you to say it’s the wrong person’s package and make you send it to them.

Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. Sales call about advertising on google, when i asked them to remove my details from the database they became very rude and when asked to remove my details again they hung up.
