I ve had numerous calls from these people saying they are from my bank and even named the street i live on i ve reported them to my Bank and unfortunately they re nothing they can do.

They call themselves Mortgage Review Centre. When I asked what could I do for them, they hung up. Scammers have no good manners anymore :-P...

Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.

Nuisance calls but when picked up no one there

These numbers are provided by "reputable"service providers and are used (mostly) by independent marketeers on commission from large companies (e.g. BT, Sky, British Gas, etc.) to push products. I do NOT understand why TPS, ICO, or anyone else seems to give a proverbial **** about the nuisance these people are when you have taken every precaution to avoid them.

Asian person saying will only take a minute just wanted to ask a few questions. normally i just hang up but for some reason i didnt. asked me what my brand of tv is, how much i spend on holidays, who my electricty is with, my income bracket where i would go on holiday. dont think they are con artist, just gathering data so more companies can send you spam...should have hung up! waste of 2 minutes

Recorded messages about making a claim (PPI I think) repeatedly on an almost daily basis. I ve looked at Google streetview on the location of this site indicates but there s nothing obvious. Would love to know who they are so I can start calling them for no apparent reason repeatedly. I ve been registered with the TPS since 2003. I ve called the number back and there s a recorded message. I m not risking pressing any buttons to unsubscribe as I ve heard you can end up on a premium rate line.

It is payday UK. It will be to discuss any outstanding loan you have/remind you of any upcoming payments. I ignored the call most of the month - finally answered it today and they refused to discuss with me as I would not pass DPA. I went on to live chat on their website whom confirmed the call was from them - I have recommended they add the number they call from to their website as google search shows it as a telepest rather than a genuine call. One time these jokers had my full name - which I did not confirm. Be wary.
