He advised he was cancelling my debit card, and could not send me a new one without those details, and that a fraudulent purchase had been made with my card. This is a HSBC Bank scam claiming to confirm a withdrawal of a large amount of money for me was $3700. Then claims someone has access to your account and that they can fix this. Total scam don't even have a bank account with HSBC.
