Just received a call from this number on my mobile. I answered and said "Hello?" whereupon the call was immediately disconnected. SPAM this number has called 5 times today I have never answered the call and they never leave a message on the answer machine which means they are not genuine.
SCAM. This number is recorded message saying amazon prime £79.99 is due to take out of your account today . Press 1. DO NOT as amazon prime is £79.00 and i paid it 6 months ago. Plus theyve rung me 3 times this week. If you press 1 theyll ask for your bank details to 'ensure you DONT get charged' but theyll empty your account instead. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT
This was from a rude and abusive man with very poor English who claimed he was from carphone warehouse and when I said I wasn't interested he said he was also a police officer and was going to find out where I lived and beat me up, he was screaming abuse at me. This was entirely unprovoked as I am a very polite pensioner who never shouts and swears, I would recommend everyone to do as I have done and block this number.
