Fishing for information regarding insurance. Life insurance, home insurance etc. A lot of calls where the line goes dead after I answer, then sometimes they ask for me by name. Tell them I m not interested but just keep on calling.

Tried to use the ASSOC Command Scam to justify their claim to be from VirginMediua becasue they knew the (supposedly unique) ID 888DCA60-FC0A-11CF-8F0F-00C04FD7D062 which actually is found on every Windows PC

Had a call today asking for my husband who passed away in may, he said oh yes I remember when we spoke he was ill, then said it was me that had been in touch with them regarding new windows, told him no as I already have new ones and I have a local builder that does anything I want done. PPI scammers These clowns had access to both my home and mobile phone. I am registered with TPS and I don t give out my home phone unless forced. Automated call system - took them 20 seconds to respond. Caller admitted it was a PPI call. I requested to be removed from their list. I rang the number back twice but only got through to a stupid "voice message"

Indian female, claiming to be from O2. I hung up without saying anything. Been getting calls every day from this supposed Bournemouth number. These scammers have obviously obtained a batch of similar numbers, as yesterday it was from 01202080470. These calls have been coming in coincidental to me using for the first time, a free photo printing service called 'FreePrints' where you pay just for the postage. I could be wrong, but it is highly suspicious, as I never usually get spam calls.
Fraudulent number, block then report to Action Fraud.
No idea what it's about. Just didn't answer. Best thing to do as l couldn't recognise the caller.
