Just received a call from this number. Caller (who had a very strong Asian accent) claimed to be from PC World. She began with the usual "How are you today?". When I replied "Not very good", she ended the call. Sounds dodgy.
I am getting phone call several times, but when I used to pickup the phone, no any sound comes and sudden disconnects. likewise from other phone number as +85267393049, +886931229444, +601127845280, +4422495527, +886926162694 and many more. Could you please suggest me what to do?
This call came immediately after I hung up on 0161 523 1720, a storm damage claim company. Probably linked and probably unsafe. Both now blocked.

It’s from Russia and i suspect it’s a scam site but still anything from Russia I wouldn’t class as safe.

When asked how she got my number since I've never had dealings with 02084291383 i was told my number was on her database...asked 'what database'...she has a database from all network providers. SCAM Contacted me about a car accident i had a few weeks ago. knew i was in an accident, knew my name but didn't know anything else. was pushing for information from me about the accident, whether there was another party, any witnesses, what damage there was, what the outcome was. was on phone for roughly 5 minutes. when they tried to take the number of the person i collided with, i said no and she hung up on me. clear scammer.
This number appears as from 'Russian Federation Kemerovo Region', according to this website. No links to Russia so blocked and would suggest highly suspicious.

Utilities They said they were from BT. Starting asking about my internet. Asked if I had given my password to anybody other than family as during the times of midnight to 2am there has been unusual activity. All sounds a bit dodgy. I hung up at that point.

This number was used to send me a Payment Request from a Caroline Fox via PayPal for £729. I called PayPal and reported phishing. Apparently this is not the first time this request has been made from this person.

I had a call to say my gas meter engineer was in an accident and had to rearrange for next week. Strangely I had a call from the engineer 15 minutes later to say he was on his way and knew nothing of an accident. I can't help but feel suspicious .
